Supercomputing in Plain English Workshop
Supercomputing in Plain English Workshops target science and engineering students and researchers who have modest computing experience, as well as people who are sophisticated about computing.
Workshops are taught through analogy, storytelling and play; modest computer background is assumed and jargon is minimized.
Prerequisite: 1 semester of Fortran, C, C++ or Java

Oklahoma Supercomputing Symposium
EPSCoR co-sponsors the annual Oklahoma Supercomputing Symposium on the University of Oklahoma campus in Norman, Oklahoma to encourage scientists to use supercomputing in their research and to inform researchers about other IT resources available to them.
