The 2019 Women in Science Conference will be held Tuesday, October 22, at Science Museum Oklahoma in Oklahoma City. Event vendors may purchase a conference t-shirt by preordering via the form below; payment will be made the day of the event. The deadline to pre-order is Sept. 23. (8 a.m.). 

Pre-Order FAQ
  • Shirts are $14/each plus tax
  • Payment must be made the day of the conference (10/22) in the Science Museum Oklahoma gift shop; you will receive your shirt at that time. Shirt pickup times are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on 10/22.
  • Unisex sizing: small, medium, large, extra-large, 2XL, 3XL 
  • Order accurately, as only the amount of sizes that are pre-ordered will be printed
  • All shirts are aquatic blue/teal in color (as shown above)

The pre-order form is closed. If extra shirts are available the day of the event (due to no-shows), they will be made available for purchase in the Science Museum Gift Shop.
