WE DO NOT HAVE ANY MORE STEM KITS TO ISSUE;
ALL AVAILABLE (1,500) HAVE BEEN RESERVED.

HOWEVER:
Teachers may still register to participate, but kits will not be provided.

Supply lists will be issued to registered participants prior to the event, so they have the opportunity to obtain their own materials.

This registration form is to be used by teachers who wish to register themselves and their students (grades 6-12) to participate in the 2022 virtual Women in Science Conference.

Teachers may register an unlimited number of students for this year's virtual event. 

Benefits of registering for the conference include: 

  • Students of registered teachers can submit questions for our Women in STEM Careers panelists; select questions will be answered live during the event!
  • Materials' lists will be provided to registered attendees prior to the event, so they may obtain the needed conference materials.

Your assistance in providing demographic information will allow us to fulfill the requirements of the National Science Foundation (NSF), the primary funding agency of OK EPSCoR and the Women in Science Conference. Data reported to NSF will not include any personal identifying information; all information will remain confidential.

STEM Kits

The maximum number of STEM kits has been disbursed; there are no more available.

Student Information

An unlimited number of students may register to participate in the conference! By providing this information, you assist us in reporting to our funding agency, the National Science Foundation, so we may continue to provide educational programming, including the Women in Science Conference, to Oklahoma students and teachers.
