What is the purpose of new project funding?

Throughout the term of the grant worthy projects often arise that fall within the scope of the EPSCoR grant and mission.  Unsolicited

proposals are accepted by the EPSCoR Directors for consideration on an ongoing basis. 

How do I submit an unsolicited project proposal?
