WHO WANTS TO BE AN ENTREPRENEUR WORKSHOP

This free one day workshop is open to all college-level entrepreneurs, students and faculty members. Participants learn the key elements involved in starting a business, including how to write a business plan; what investors are looking for in an entrepreneur; and how to successfully present a plan to investors.

The keynote is Dave Berkus, a noted speaker, author and early stage private equity investor. He is acknowledged as one of the most active angel investors in the country, having made and actively participated in over 87 technology investments during the past decade. Dave is past Chairman of the Tech Coast Angels, one of the largest angel networks in the United States.

Attendees have the opportunity to network and dine with community leaders, investors, entrepreneurs and economic development experts.
